Luna Morningstar is pen name of Vickie Carr. She is a Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, and Wife of her late husband, Jeff.

She was raised by her mother, Sandra Kay Drew (deceased), and step-father, Kristofferson Allen Shiner (deceased).

Her bio dad was Rev. Fred Earl Johnson, Jr (deceased) and step-mother, Powie Opaline Johnson (deceased).

Her brothers are Randy, Eddie, and Paul (deceased). She had 5 step-sisters *1 deceased) and 1 step-brother (deceased). Billie was always the closest.

She has many nieces and nephews.

She has 7 children. 2 she gave birth to, and 5 bonus children.

18 grandchildren are spread between the 5 bonus children.

Vickie Carr started writing her first book back in high school in 1984, and graduated from Clarkston Sr High in 1986. Her book Abuse, Music & Murder was finally published in 2024. Her new books are coming out in 2025.
